Church of St. Nicholas Cofino

It is the typical site of early Christian Byzantine prayer. Basket-shaped, it has three naves and could date back to seventh-eighth century .. Inside there are traces of frescoes (X-XII century).. The early Christian church has three entrances with the central asymmetric one larger than the others entrance, four niches, many rudimentary apses and a pyramidal cap. In 1985 were found inside the structure 15 bass-medieval tombs, some coins dating back to the XV-XVI centuries. And a tank located behind the central niche. In the area above, behind the structure are placed the remains of a medieval wall fitted with loopholes.
